Expense Journal

This app helps you capture financial transactions and then allows you to view them grouped by contacts and expense category. On selecting the contact, the app shows the phone number (if entered), email ID (if entered) of the contact and a list of all the transactions done with the contact. It offers the user to add positive or negative financial transactions against a contact with their phone and email ID. Each transaction can be mapped to an existing or new expense category. The app shows three views of this data; first view shows a list of all transactions, second view shows a list of all contacts which can be drilled down to view the contact information and all transactions, and the third view shows a list of months which can be drilled down to view the subtotals of expense categories.The app stores all information locally on your device as a CSV file that can be opened with a compatible spreadsheet-based application. It is suggested not to make any changes to original CSV file and work only on a copy of it. Saving the original file outside this app with a spreadsheet software may cause unexpected results. The app does not have any kind of network connectivity and poses no risk to your data. It should never show any kind of data usage.
