Extra Space Storage Acct Mngr

PLEASE FIX THE APP! I had this app going great on my SG4. Now i downloaded it to my SG5 and it Doesn't continue pass Start up to find my facility location. it says app unexpectedly stopped working! I'm Uninstalling for now!

Worst app ever. It never remembered me. Always said I had no storage. Had to reset every time.

First review i ever do and it's a negative one. Always crashes when searching for your facility or if you succeed in passing that stage, it crashes when paying. Didn't had these problems in the past but im disappointed now. I would give it no stars , waste of app space

I hate writing negative reviews and giving one star ratings but this app is now unusable. Shuts down the minute I try to select a facility. All variations of uninstalling, reinstalling, closing, and restarting of both app and phone have been unsuccessful. A once clunky but got-the-job-done app has been reduced to a pretty green icon on my phone. Happy St. Patrick's Day! Update: I tried to log in again after 2 weeks and mysteriously it worked. No rhyme or reason...

Used to be great but after most recent update i can't even get to my location without it force closing. Please fix this for an update to 5 stars because it was convenient till now. Thanks!
