I would like to know what the point of having this app on my phone is. For the longest time it took about twenty tries to actually get it to open and stay open, now it does not open at all. It is honestly faster and easier to go to the bank itself. Ive had nothing but trouble with first merit since it took over citizens. I believe it is time to find another bank.

I have to uninstall and reinstall it to get it to work after a wile of having the app but for the convenience i really dont care

Terrible setup and functionality... Terrible setup and functionality...I should be able to click on each transaction and see details of what the purchase was and for who... Also, I should be able to screenshot my own account and transactions, but instead it's DMR protected? Whatever that is. Ridiculous...
