Great app, but requires root for writing to external sd card on kitkat. Great app, but requires root for writing to external sd card on kitkat.This app is great, as is the desktop software. I run it on three computers and consider it the best money i ever spent on software. One issue is that in Kitkat, writing to an external microsd card is no longer allowed. You need root to re-enable it. In Lollipop there's a new api to allow apps access, so this app will have to update to use that. Kitkat users can only sync to internal storage unless rooted.

Kitkat issues Kitkat issuesThanks a lot for the app, but it would be perfect if it had root access, because of newest android version, it has become practically a useless app (at my own point of view) since most of users save the files in the external storage due to capacity. Please do something!
