Poor app, crash often!!!!! Poor app, crash often!!!!!

I bought the paid version, I hope to have my money back!!!! I installed it 3 times, every time was crashing. It generated a lot of frustrations to me and my son. Please fix it , you just looxing your credibility. In the meantime, please refund me.
