Ticket categories Ticket categoriesI have a ticket that I don't understand this is my ticket contents "THIS REPAIR DOES NOT REQUIRE AN APPOINTMENT TO BE SCHEDULED." THIS IS FROM THE MORE INFO SECTION. TIME FRAME IS NEEDED IF I GO OUT WHAT THEN? I would not be at fault due to n.y.c.h.a lack of details in their systems. This is the reason for removing several stars. UPDATE 10.29.15 Thank you for repairs time frame for non-appointments. Yesterday I removed this app PERMINANTLY.

The App is extremely minimal but its doing what its ment to do. It has tremendous potential but is nowhere close to reaching it yet.

The NYCHA app worked previously when I first downloaded it, now when I sign in to implement repairs needed for my apartment the app won't allow me to sign in, a window pops up indicating there's an error & to e-mail or call the call center. I did both...however...it doesn't surprise me the app stop working its expected...that's NYCHA...!¡!
