It won't open up. It won't open up.What's the point of saving money if I can't get the app to come up. Really wanted to use this

Nope NopeI've had this app for a few months and it Never has loaded my points. I just finally found where to check my points so I could see how close I was to my FIRST reward and it said zero. This is crap. I know I went in on several occasions and spent 30$ + and just wow. Deleting.
