Unhappy UnhappyOn the verge of uninstalling this app. Ive had it for approx 2years with no problems except the last 6-7months or so. Since the problems began ive had a few different issues. App not working, no information being received and the past month or so ive not even been able to access the website as when I try to I get a warning message saying that the site is not safe, untrustworthy so I can't even log in. I have sent 3 emails asking why I'm getting message and no reply. Poor customer service for loyal users

Good app. BUT... Good app. BUT...As far as the app goes, it basically runs in the background and you get points without even trying or noticing. That part I love because you don't have to do anything. However, the actual pay out is lame. I used to get points rather frequently and now, maybe every 2 months I'll get an email saying I got points. Then when I redeem them, I get hit with a RIDICULOUS processing fee, so I actually need more points than I am redeeming in order to cover the whole thing. I absolutely hate it. I wish they would do away with that part. But like I said, as far as the app goes, it's pretty much perfect.

Can't log in Can't log inEach time I try to check my new account it tells me that the "username "is incorrect. It needs to be fixed fast.also the 25 mins I spent on a survey hasn't been paid yet, 50points!
