Best customer service ever! Best customer service ever!I was having a problem with my password so I called their patron line. I was immediately connected to a real live person and within 5 minutes had a new password emailed to me. Couldn't ask for more!

Frustrating FrustratingI love this app. I just got a new phone and couldn't wait to install it use. Now it tells me I'm not affiliated with any library. When I go through the library site it errors out. Please help!

Not worth it Not worth itI had to log in repeatedly. The app is not properly formatted for mobile use, so I had to drag it around like a browser page. It also deleted what I added to my wish list. Way too many bugs.

Great but need sleep timer Great but need sleep timerI'm generally enjoying free access to audio books - great considering audible ones are often £15. But I listen at night and find it hard to keep track as I fall asleep and it keeps playing. Please could a sleep timer like the audible one be added in? I've been looking for an app to do this alongside but haven't found one that works properly.
