Don't respond to issues Don't respond to issuesI have sent emails about a few things and get no response. Now I'm around level 25 my hotel is at floor 45 and I can't play keep getting error message 7. Sometimes game freezes and have to close and reopen My boys like to play but can't even do that with error message. Would rate higher if respond to email and issues with game. Well I was going to update and hope that fixed problems but I see many are having problems with update. I am now stuck at lavel 41. So can't get new animals.

Pet Motel Pet MotelI'm on level 20 or 21 and every time I go to play my game that I love so much all that happens is when I load it, it goes to a white screen And says error(7).
