Deposit DepositCan not take pictures for deposit. Constant error messages about not being cropped properly or back of check not the same size as the front. Usually need to take about 20 pictures to have successful deposit. Have uninstalled and reinstalled app many times. PSECU should either fix this (and thoroughly test) or pull this from app!

App maintenance... App maintenance...PSECU switched from using your account number to using a user ID. A mandatory switch was made 6 months ago for all existing member. The staff at psecu needs to get it together. They released an app that only works for half of its customers as it does not register the user ID. This app is truly a reflection of the establishment. 10 plus year customer and I'm very unhappy.

Mobile deposits - frustration filled Mobile deposits - frustration filledI want to love this app.I appreciate how this app allows psecu customers to manage their accts,what I hate is that the image errors on the endorsement side of the check are almost constant despite the "bug fixes."If I can manage to avoid the "cropping" error I end up with the "image is too light" error. Yes, I have read the tips on image capturing.Trying to deposit a check for 30 minutes is frustrating.Please psecu, either fix the app or put an atm in my area that accepts deposits. 4/3/15 still!!
