Crashing Crashing

Would give it 5 stars but game keeps crashing every time I try to do the safe puzzle. Help?

Stuck Stuck

The game was pretty good until I get to the house with the waterfall. It says i'm supposed to go the building to the right and get the item in the wheelbarrow and then the ladder but when I push on the wheelbarrow nothing happens and I cant get the ladder so I finally got frustrated after numerous attempts and quit. I already paid for the game and now I can't finish playing. If this glitch doesn't get fixed I want my money back please.
