It is a very bad app for buying anything bcoz I buy a wheel light it is a used product lier and cheaters you all are bad people.

I bought a product on 5/3/15 and they sent me a message that product would be dispatched by 10/3/15 but after keep the money for 23 days they sent me a message that we would refund the money. This is worst and most cheating shopping site and their products are also of worst quality and standard.

I had worst experience with rediff shopping.. Worst customer service..In my case I dint receive a product , I want the product urgently, but I am struck.. Now I should go to the market and buy it..what is a use of buying online.. Other online shopping cite are far more competent and they deliver it in time..I did a big mistake in buying a product in rediff..worst customer service.. These people will not call u back or mail u when question is raised..I even spoke to senior person, he is least bothered..
