Good but UI just kill the experience! Good but UI just kill the experience!

I mean yeah i know that for Devs Functionallity>Design but i mean, im a Dev too, but i always try to make a a nice UIs to acompany and make the experience all the better. The worst part is that android has its own guidelines making it so much easier to make a beautiful inteface across all versions of the OS.
