I bought your program but dont understand how it works, as you speak to professionals all the time and I am very stupid..upgraded my galaxy note to kitkat..from jelly bean..and not stupid people like me...who just wanted to have Kitkat...over JellyBean..and now all my videos on my Note 3 are decoded with the cpu....and it looks horrible to watch...:( I just want you to help me to rollback to jelly bean from kitkat and thats why I purchased your program but you are not helping me or explaining how to do it, just sending you 5 euro...and nada ...in all your posts..I am not smart, so I ask you... how to regain control of my phone with your program. Hey guys, I been trying to reboot this Galaxy s4 clone, Android GT-T9500. I been trying to hard reset everything back into like an original galaxy s4. The phone it self can't make any calls, it can do text messaging bot receive and send text messaging. It can receive calls. But it can't dial out and every time I try to dial out it says "network busy". Anyone know how to do a hard reset or do something about a phone that has a problem like this one?
