The content of the clinical forms is stored in a structured manner to allow future interoperability with systems that adopt the openEHR standard. Today the system has the clinical forms for standard care, immunization, odontology and free text form;4) Take photos and attach them in the patient records;5) Draw on models and attach the drawings in patient records;6) Clinical Summary View. The clinical summary is created dynamically as the clinical forms are filled.
