"EU Planets" is a home screen widget that monitors the tally of current confirmed exosolar planets plus details about the latest discovery as published by the Exoplanet Encyclopaedia.The package contains two variations, one for phones (4 x 2), another oversized for tablets, both with selectable color schemes.Considering that new planets are not confirmed every day, the widget is designed for manual online update without draining your battery. This widget requires internet connection.After installation, a splash comes up with instructions and an About button.
