My husband recommended this and normally I wouldn't go for a 6.4Mb download unless I thought it was something that would be really useful to me. I already had a focus/blur adjustment app which I was quite happy with but I was curious, so I got this. It works fine but really... eh. I'm underwhelmed. The edge (between blurred and unblurred) of the shape is too sharp for my liking - makes it obvious a tool has been used as an after-effect. A gradual blend would be far better (with the option to define the "padding" and "margin" similar to css elements, perhaps). Just my opinion.
