  • New update is awful
    Now takes 3 times longer to check out customer, options are gone, others are now required. Like a whole new app. A bad one.

  • New update disappointing
    The new update does not allow you to enter the customers name or address. You cannot check the credit card number or the CVV after you enter it to make sure it is correct. The receipt has your GPS map location on it. It also puts my cell phone number under our company name & address. I do not want my customers to have my personal cell phone number.

  • Bad Service/ Excessive Charges
    I rarely used this service. I liked to have the option of my clients paying via credit card if need be. I was with this company since July 2011. January 10th 2014, I just closed my account. For the first time, they billed me a $99.00 fee, and never alerted me via email. They said that in the contract, anything is subject to change, fees... etc. I felt this was very unfair business practice. My email is on file, and no one alerted me. The app isn't as smooth as square, and you have to constantly log in.
