There is a tool that will let you see if your remote control emits signals and also to see the quality of the light, if it is full or feeble.Point your remote control by pressing any key, towards the light sensor (if available) or towards the front camera (if available) or towards the rear camera. The cameras will see the infrared light emitted from the remote control, and you can see it into the preview frame. Using the light sensor, a colored bar will show the brightness level of the remote control.It is necessary that the remote control is very near to the light sensor or front/rear camera and you use the application, in low light.
