START!? - Menu-style Drawer

Bit slow to load Bit slow to load

Would like to use as my main app and shortcuts organizer but this loads just slightly too slow. App drawers, swipepad, task switchers etc load up instantly, but this has a 1/2 second delay. I'm using a Note 3 and I have "lazy loading" and app cashing turned on cache preloading turned on.
