Run a 5K!

Spam ridden but functional Spam ridden but functional

This app seems quite functional and useful, however, between all the nagging to buy the full version and the constant attempts to cf create shortcuts on your home screen and bookmarks in your browser, it really becomes a nuisance to be on your phone. There are other alternative C25K apps out there that are much less prone to nag you.
