I have all playstations and all have this app, I would like to use this but keeps asking me for credit card, no one I know owns a credit card dam it. Is there any other way to get an account please sony?

Needs easier option to find or edit followers and followed, this setup is driving me nuts! 'OH MY Why so many permissions'? Its just ok for now but they are breaking my Note 3. ?
