I find it to be very useful for keeping you on the right track, there is no excuse for not tracking as it's so easy.

It works mostly. I do find foods difficult to find. I also note recipes, if quantites are adjusted on your day tracker, they dissappear from the days screen but the points are still there. Still requires more fine tuning.
